The Village of Hampshire's organization is broken into two broad categories: elected/appointed officials and staff. Elected officials are accountable to the voters of Hampshire, and appointed officials generally report to their commission/board chair and the Village President. The Village staff of approximately 35 employees is lead by the Village Manager and the department heads / supervisors for Development Services, Finance, Police, Streets, and Utilities.
